Searching for Chrono Trigger music has unintentionally made me listen to pretty much everything I can of TheOneUps. This is an absolutely amazing version of Secret of the Forest that just reminded me how much I loved this game. Time  to go dig through the video game pile…

I have a big weakness for the saxophone. It always just invokes this incredibly sensual element to the music they are used in, so it’s no wonder that one of my favorite Chrono Trigger themes absolutely rocks in this jazz rendition of the song by The OneUps.

You see lots of guitar and piano players on Youtube, but not nearly enough for the small ensemble groups that give woodwinds some love. And I’m all about woodwind love here (Clarinet player for 8 years, w00t), so here’s a rendition of The Legend of Zelda by this  awesome group.
