Oh and I just wanted to say, if you love games where music plays a big part and you haven’t tried the Patapon series yet, you really need to! You command your army by beating out drum commands in rhythm, and the patapons sing along as they beat the crap out of everything you send them at. Patapon 2 US won’t be out until May, but you can import the EU version – PSP isn’t region locked so it’s no biggie. I’m completely patapon obsessed, so if you really want to find out more I happen to have started up a Patapon specific site at PonPonPatapon.com

I know my arse has been slacking when it comes to both getting this site updated along with actually approving comments – got that last batch of about a year’s worth done, and once I get done with this brutal house buying process I promise I’ll be on here regularly – at the very least I’ll put up youtube vids. Now Remidix wanted me to give some opinions on his remixes in the comments, and the first one I checked out was Tetrix Remix. I love tetris, and the remix – well it just rocks!

I don’t know if I mentioned this, but I am completely obsessed with Patapon. Of course, when you make a beautifully styled music based strategy game – well hell yeah I’m going to be there. Here’s a compilation of the music from Patapon – this is the final credit music with all of the fever chants strung together in a nice little medley.
