When rattling off lists of talented video game composers, Michiru Yamane should certainly be added into any list you might come up with. She is well known for her work on the Castlevania series, but she also pops her head into other Konami titles such as the Suikoden series. She has been composing music for Konami since 1988.

MMO’s aren’t really known for their music - but some of the themes from World of Warcraft’s music composer Jason Hayes has incredibly memorable themes, epic in scope and truly beautiful. While I have a love hate relationship with MMORPGs (WoW in particular) I can not deny the music as superb.

You see lots of performance videos, but I can never find a ton of behind the scenes and practice stuff. So this practice session of the Legend of Zelda and Castlevania themes was a pretty cool find.
